healthy snack: banana stacked rice cake.

healthysnackLooking for a healthy, delicious snack? Look no further than our friend Antea’s kitchen where she designed this amazing goodness. It’s a snack that the kids will love, too!

To put it together she did the following:

  1. Spread organic almond butter (or nut butter of your choice) on an organic brown rice cake.
  2. Slice an organic banana and stack slices on top of nut butter.
  3. Sprinkle organic chia seeds on top of the bananas.
  4. Optional: drizzle with a bit of raw, organic honey.
  5. Optional: sprinkle with a bit of organic cinnamon.
  6. Enjoy!
